제목 Enhanced photovoltaic performance in the organic photovoltaics by introducing layer by layer structure.
초록  In Bulk-heterojunction (BHJ) organic photovoltaics (OPVs), blends of donor polymer and acceptor are used as active layers. However, the blended BHJ active layer has high charge recombination, because the holes and electrons of active layer are extracted by wrong electrode. Relative to the devices based on blended BHJ structure, the layer by layer (LBL) heterojunction devices exhibit stronger absorption and better charge extraction at correct electrodes. We successfully fabricated LBL heterojunction device. The surface morphology and charge carrier mobility were enhanced by introducing LBL structure. The optimized LBL devices showed enhanced photovoltaic performance, compared with BHJ devices.
