In the conventional structure, the blended Bulk-heterojunction (BHJ) organic photovoltaics (OPVs) 's active layer has high charge recombination, because the holes and electrons of active layer are extracted by wrong electrode. Relative to the devices based on blended BHJ structure, the layer by layer (LBL) heterojunction devices exhibit enhanced light harvesting and charge extraction. However, because of the small interfacial contact area between donor and acceptor of LBL structure, it has disadvantage for charge extraction. In order to improve the charge transporting property, we introduced ordered heterojunction structure in active layer by using patterned polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) stamp. And we operated systematical study on correlation between pattern structure geometry and device performance. |
