The periodic nano-structured designs for photo active layer, buffer layer or electrodes in organic photovoltaic devices (OPVs) have been adopted to improve light harvesting for enhanced photovoltaic performance. In this study, we introduced nano-patterned structure in buffer layer by using imprint technique for improving the light harvesting and expending interface contact area. We fabricated inverted OPVs by using buffer layer ink for periodic nano-patterned buffer layer. By introducing nano-patterned buffer layer, current density (Jsc) and Fill factor (FF) were improved. As a result, performance of organic photovoltaic devices was improved. |
