제목 Nano-structured conjugated polymer layer for improved piezoelectric performance.
초록 Piezoelectric device could convert mechanical strains into electricity. Piezoelectric devices using polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) film are lightweight, biocompatible and available in various forms, so they are particularly interesting candidates for wearable energy harvesting devices. And conjugated polymer has high electrical property that can contribute charge transporting in piezoelectric device. In this study, we fabricated piezoelectric device using PVDF film with nano-structured conjugated polymer layer by using patterned polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) stamp. The interfacial contact area between electrode and polymer interlayer was expended and charge transporting property was improved by introducing the nano-structure on surface of conjugated polymer layer. As a result, voltage and current of piezoelectric device was improved.
