제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Cross-linked Polymers Containing AlQ3 for Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs)
초록 A series of AlQ3 containing copolymers were successfully synthesized by free radical polymerization from AlQ3-pendant monomer and several monomers, MMA(4), AN(5) and HEMA(6) of 25wt% content of AlQ3. The FT-IR and 1H NMR spectra confirmed the structures of the AlQ3-pendant monomer and copolymers the copolymers were thermally stable (about 5%, 13% weight loss at 200°C and 300°C, respectively). The Tg of copolymers were observed in the range of 120°C - 160°C and the melting point (Tm) of copolymers were appeared over 300°C. The UV absorption peak position of copolymers were found to be almost same as with AlQ3(390nm). It was found that the PL emission spectra of the copolymers(512nm - 517nm) were also almost same peak position as with AlQ3(510nm).
