제목 Recyclable and Antimicrobial Nanoparticles Developed from Fe3O4@ zwitter-ionic polymer with PEDOT
초록 The growing microbial resistant that make vulnerable to antibiotic treatment have emerged extended demand to develop new alternative way of antimicrobial therapy. In concern to alternative strategy, we report NIR sensitive Fe3O4@polymer with PEDOT nanoparticles for photo-thermolysis the capture bacterial as well as reusable through isolation of external magnetic fields. Our chosen material combination shows required stability, uniformity and paramagnetic nature that are efficiently convert NIR photo-thermal heat sufficient to utilize it as recyclable antibacterial nanoparticles. During three time of recycling the antibacterial activity are found rapid and equally effective (90% to 100%) against both gram positive and gram negative bacteria. When the traditional antibiotics are facing continuous threat from microbial resistant, the recyclable Fe3O4@zwitter-ionic polymer with PEDOT antibacterial nanoparticles are promised as reliable sterilizing agents.
