제목 Alumina hollow fiber Blended PVA membrane with CMC(Carboxymethyl Cellulose) for pervaporation dehydration of ECH/IPA/Water ternary feed mixture
초록  In this study, eco-friendly nano composite membrane is fabricated. Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC-Na) is applied on various field as a versatile material. Since CMC-Na is a kind of cellulose derivate, it is affordable and eco-friendly material. Unlike conventional cellulose, it has a anionic groups that can appeal more water and no amine groups that can react with Epichlorohydrin(ECH). CMC is blended with Poly vinyl alcohol(PVA) and casted. The results according to contents is investigated from FT-IR, XRD, TGA, Contact angle and Swelling degree. CMC-Na results in better flux and separation in ECH/IPA/water (50/30/20 w/w/w) due to better interaction with water. PVA/CMC-Na membrane dehydration performance test is executed according to feed concentration, temperature and stability. This results indicated that the nanocomposite membrane may be eco-friendly, stable, efficient for recycling ECH.
