We fabricated on-demand disposable OLED device for a security display device. It was designed by multilayred structure for operation reliabilityand on-demand disposable device. By the multi-layered structure, it also improved surface charateristics with planarizataionplane (I,e the paper's surfaceroughness and porous structure.). Besides, with heat responsive polymer (paraffinwax), we encapsulated the flammable paper. Through these structures, the OLED device was possible to work stably in a dailyenvironment, and even in an extremeenvironment (i,e floating on the water, bending). And these structure alsocould destroy the particular part of the electronic device selectivelymalfunction upon voltage input. Finally, the device was disposable physicallyby embedded resistive heater with voltage stimulus. |
