In this study, we studied the physical properties and application of PF resin as conductive polymers. In the experimental results, the surface resistance of conductive polymers with PF(phenol-formaldehyde) resin showed 105~107 Ω/㎝,and the thermal conductivity showed 0.026-0.030 kcal/m.h.℃. Also, thermal resistance of the prepared conductive paint was volatilized about 72.6 wt.% when the temperature was 500 ℃(1 h). Therefore, it was confirmed that the prepared conductive polymers had excellent performance as high heat-resistantpaints. |
