제목 Design ofreactive DNA oligomerfor efficienct immobilizaiton of DNAprobe on the surface
초록 To develop reactive DNA oligomer, wefocused on use ofoxanine (Oxa),one of mutagenic lesions, whichis produced fromnitrosative deaminaiton of guanine. SinceOxa hasa kind of activated carboxyl group (O-acylisourea formation) in the base ring,Oxashowsamino group-directed reactivity, whichisusefulforlinkage of DNA probe on the surface.We set upthe synthesis procedurefor chemical preparation of Oxa-containing DNA oligomer (Oxa-DNA)and fabricated DNA microarray by ink-jet spotting of this Oxa-DNA probe on NH2-functionalized glass-slide.Reactive DNA oligomerand its immobilized system willbe usefulfordevelopingadvanced nano/biotech systems.
