Changes of Surface Tension and Mechanical Properties of Calcite Originated from Gypsum Process |
초록 |
The object calcite obtained by the reaction between gypsum which was originated from mercedes process for the purpose of desulfurization of flue gas in fire plant and ammonium carbonate in the aqueous medium. The surface functionalities of calcite powder was modified with aliphatic acids using direct blending and mechano-chemical mixing methods in the media of aqueous and organic solvent. Several materials were used as modifiers for the purpose of positively increased hydrophobicity and advanced functionality of calcium carbonate surface. The changed surface characteristic properties of calcite represented enhanced functionality demand for as fillers of raw polymer materials. |
