제목 Nanagap formation via block copolymer lithography for surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy
초록 Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS) is useful to to detect the tiny of chemcials, with sufficiently high signal to noise ratio. Basically, the enhancement of the detected signal in SERS is mainly related with the intensity of electric filed at the space where the chemical places. Therefore, realizing the highly enhanced electric field in certain nanostructure is highly required for SERS. One of the promising and well-demonstrated candidates is the nanogap between metallic components. In this nanogap region, the electric field is higly increased due to the strong electric filed couplign by the close optical distance between metallic components. Here, we demonstrate the efficient nanogap formation using the block copolymer lithography and substrate engineering method. Through this method, the sub-10nm level nanogap was facilely realized, and the highy enhnaced SERS effect of R6G molecule was confirmed.
