제목 Photothermal control of crystal grain size in methylammonium lead iodide perovskite solar cells
초록 Outstanding efficiency of organic-inorganic hybrid halide perovskites expanded their research in the field of solar energy conversion materials. Solution process of perovskite film is usually done by using organic-inorganic hybrid crystalline structures. For the high performance solar cell production: a reliable crystallization method, flexible substrate and rapid continuous process is required. Here, we have introduced the irradiation of near-infrared laser (λ= 1064 nm) to crystallize the methylammonium lead iodide (MAPbI3) perovskite films. While maintaining film uniformity, crystalline morphology of MAPbI3 perovskite films are widely controlled with laser irradiation conditions. With fast crystallization with scan rate of 1m/min, obtained efficiencies of inverted-type perovskite solar cells on typical glass and flexible polymer substrate are 11.3% and 8% respectively.
