Development of high heat resistance and high toughness resin for carbon fiber composite materials for automobile application |
초록 |
Recently, composite materials have been applied in various fields. Among them, in the automobile field, development of high-performance carbon fiber composites is in progress in order to reduce the weight of parts and improve characteristics such as required characteristics (high toughness, high heat resistance). A resin material is used as a matrix for the composite material. In the case of thermoplastic resins, there is a limit to their application in the field of automobile parts due to low heat resistance. Epoxy resin, which is a thermosetting resin, has excellent interfacial adhesion with carbon fibers and is widely used as a thermosetting matrix. Since epoxy resin has the property of brittle fracture, it is necessary to develop a resin that can satisfy the above characteristics in order to apply it to automobile parts. In this study, organic and inorganic materials such as Nanosilica and Poly ethersulfone were introduced to give required characteristics and evaluated properties. |
