Development of C70-based Aqueous-Solvent-Processable Fullerene for Eco-Friendly Organic Solar Cells with Processing Solvent-Composition-Tolerant Performance |
초록 |
Eco-friendly polymer solar cells based on aqueous-soluble conjugated materials have received great research interest. Here, newly developed alcohol-processable C70-based fullerene derivative (PC71BO15) for eco-PSCs processed is suggested. The PCEs of PPDT2FBT-A:PC71BO15-based eco-PSCs up to 2.51%, which is the highest value for aqueously processed PSCs, were achieved due to the desirable stacking behavior and improved light absorption property compared to PC61BO15. Importantly, the PC71BO15-based eco-PSCs show higher tolerance in PCEs to the water/ethanol composition, which is investigated by electrical, optical and morphological analysis. The PC71BO15-based eco-PSCs can have excellent photovoltaic performances reproducibility due to the high water composition-tolerance. |
