제목 | Development of CdTe Nanowires from Nanoparticles under Visible Light |
초록 | Many Nanomaterials(NMs) have unique optic properties according to their size and shape. And nanowires (NWs) are formed in these conditions. One kind of example is CdTe (Cadmium Telluride) Nanoparticles that treated in this study, and they are self-assembled to nanowires. In this study, we have synthesized CdTe nanoparticles based on using Thioglycolic acid (TGA) as stabilizer and assembled nanowires. After forming nanowires, we have controlled size and shape of nanowires using light. By controlled size and shape, we expect that we regulate nanowire’s properties. For this process, Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were performed to characterize the synthesized nanowires. This was supported by Korea National University of Transportation in 2017 |
