| 제목 | Synergy Effect of Phototherapy by using Nanogel containing both Photodynamic and Photothermal Agent |
| 초록 | A chitosan modified, Pluronic-based nanogel that contains gold nanorods (GNRs) and chlorin e6 (Ce6) was constructed as a dual phototherapeutic agent for photodynamic therapy (PDT) and photothermal therapy (PTT). This combined phototherapy system showed no photo-quenching between photosensitizer (Ce6) and GNRs, thus enabling independent PDT and PTT process. Both in vitro and in vivo, the synergy effect between PDT and PTT was dependent on the sequence of PDT and PTT. |
