Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(4-styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) is conductive polymer and promising Thermoelectric materials. We investigated taht thermoelectric hybrid film of PEDOT:PSS/RTCVD (P/RTG) graphene exhibit enhanced power factor. PEDOT:PSS was coated on Rapid thermal chemical vapor deposition (RTCVD) graphene for various spin rates. Unlike typical PEDOT:PSS, we used PEDOT:PSS containing organic solvents in order to good coating quality. The properties of P/RTG hybrid films have been characterized by atomic force microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and hall effect measurement. The hybrid film resulted in high Seebeck coefficient and power factor in comparison with pristine PEDOT:PSS. The maximum power factor of P/RTG hybrid films were 56.28 μW·m-1K-2. |
