Metal-organic frameworks (MOF), CAU-10-H, have several advantages including high porous property with micropore, stable structure to moisture, and convenience of chemical synthesis. However, it is difficult to use it as an electrode for supercapacitor due to its low electrical conductivity, whereas reduced graphene oxide has a high electric capacity. Therefore, CAU-10-H with rGO is the electrode that satisfies the characteristics of each of the two materials, and have a much higher capacitance. As well, this synergy material is an advanced chemical integration for the improvement of the performance for supercapacitors. The optimal synthetic ratio is containing 10wt% of rGO and it has a high capacitance at 1Ag-1. In addition, this work compared the capacitance performance by various categories of rGo composition in electrodes.
