제목 Influence of the Molecular Weight of Alkylidene Derivatives in Polymer Photovoltaics
초록 Polymer solar cell materials have studied because solution process is possible. Especially, the main issue is an enhancement of solubility and molecular weight. Alkylidene derivative polymers have planar structure, but low solubility and molecular weight after polymerization. In this study, alkylidene derivative polymers were synthesized by Suzuki coupling and studied according to molecular weights. The synthesized polymers were characterized by 1H-NMR, GPC, UV-vis spectroscopy and cyclic voltammogram for structural and opto-electrical analysis, and devices were fabricated and characterized photovoltaic properties.
