제목 | Titania Nanoparticles: Synthesis and Applications |
초록 | Tetraisoporpoxytitanium as the precursor for titania nanoparticles was synthesized in good yield by the alkoxylation reaction of tetrachlorotitanium with isopropanol. The hydrolysis of tetraisoporpoxytitanium was carried out by the spray flame hydrolysis. Titania nanoparticles were collected through filtration process and measured by SEM technique to be spherical forms with 100 nm to 200 nm. The phase of titania nanoparticles was determined by a X-ray diffraction measurement. The size and phase of the titania nanoparticles should be controlled through synthetic process and sintering, applicable for photocatalyst, painting, cosmetics, and energy harvesting systems. In this presentation, we will discuss the synthesis of titanium precursors and titania nanoparticles, and their applications. |
