제목 Study of exciton movement using hybrid system of organic material with MoS2
초록 Transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) is attracting attention as a candidate of next-generation semiconductor and photoelectronic material. In particular, MoS2 has a high charge mobility and variable band gap following the layer decreases. We synthesis hybrid system of organic fluorescence material with MoS2. In the hybrid system, we observed changes in emission properties of organic material such as photoluminescence (PL), PL lifetime and PL intensity. In addition, we confirm that probability as optoelectronic device.
