제목 Preparation and characterization of chitosan-zeolite composite materials
초록 In this work, the basalt rock based zeolite was modified by coating with chitosan to evaluate its adsorption characteristics for greenhouse gases. The influences of the coating ratio and the carbonization condition on the textural structure were examined with the parent zeolite and the parent chitosan flakes. The prepared samples were characterized by using nitrogen adsorption/desorption isotherm, scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). In particular, the change of surface functional groups after modification was determined by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). In addition the adsorption equilibrium of CO2 on the prepared composite was measured at room temperature. (Grant no. NRF-2017R1D1A3B03034385).
