제목 Preparation of hydrophobic I-O hybrid coating solution via Particle-Binder system
초록 Currently, Hydrophobic I-O hybrid materials prepared by particle-binder system and sol-gel process are widely used in functional coating fields such as coatings for efficiency improvement of heat exchangers, solar cell cover glass and anti-fingerprinting of display. In this study, we prepared alkoxysilane functionalized polymer precursor(APAS) to make hydrophobic O-I hybrid coating solution as a binder. The influence of different particle to binder on the hydrophobicity, transparency, surface morphology, uniformity and surface hardness of resulting coatings were evaluated by the water contact angle measurement, scanning electron microscopy, surface hardness test, atomic force microscope, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and UV visible spectroscopy. Our I-O hybrid solution could form transparent hydrophobic coating layers on substrate and showed good adhesion strength with the substrate. And its solution had long-term storage stability without any phase separation.
