제목 Preparation of high porous TiO2 nanofibers for dye sensitized solar cells by electrospinning
초록  High specific surface area TiO2 nanofibers(HSSNFs) containing tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) for the dye sensitized solar cells(DSSCs) were prepared using a solution of polymerized titanium tetraisopropoxide by electrospinning. After calcination process, the porous TiO2 nanofiber became precursors. The surface area of the calcination TiO2 nanofibers was increased with increasing the temperature and amount of TEOS in TiO2 precursor. The structure of porous TiO2 nanofibers were confirmd anatase and crystallite structure at same time by XRD patterns A maximum specific area was 142.3 m2/g.
