1α,25(OH)2 vitamin D3 plays a significant role in the differentiation activity of osteoblast. Calcium phosphate thin film was formed on the commercial culture dish for the investigation of the effect of 1α,25(OH)2 vitamin D3 on the osteoblast responses. Different concentrations of bitamin D3 were used for culturing osteoblast. Culture media was regularly changes both in control and testing cultures. adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation assays were performed. The differentiation of osteoblast was significantly increased in response to the change of vitamin D3 concentration. |
