제목 3-D Lithographic Microfabrication by using Two-Photon Absorbing Fluorene Derivatives
초록 Highly efficient two-photon absorption (TPA) organics based on fluorene derivatives with carbazole (CZ-Flu-CZ2) and triphenyl amine (TP-Flu-TP2) as electron donors have been synthesized. The TPA cross-section values (δ) of CZ-Flu-CZ2 and TP-Flu-TP2 measured by two-photon-induced fluorescence method with fs-pulse laser were 2.9 and 9.5 x 10-48cm4s/photon, respectively. By using these chromophores, we performed various 2-D and 3-D lithographic microfabrications at low laser power with less than 5 mW. The detailed results will be discussed in this poster presentation.
