Synthesis of the polyurethane using the polyether which has azide groups. |
초록 |
The well-defined copolymers derived from epichlorohydrin(ECH) and tetrahydrofuran(THF) were synthesized by the cationic ring-opening polymerization with 1,4-butandiol as initiator and BF3∙THF complex as catalyst system. This polymerization was proceeded by activated monomer(AM) mechanism to control the molecular weight, narrow molecular weight distribution and the high difunctionality. Poly(GA-co-THF) was synthesized using polymerization of ECH and THF followed by azidation with NaN3. The polyurethane was synthesized from poly(GA-co-THF) as prepolymer, N-100/IPDI mixture as curing agent and TPB(Triphenylbismuth)/MA(Maleic anhydride) mixture as curing catalyst. |
