제목 Synthesis of Biodegradable pH-sensitive Block Copolymers by using ATRP Polymerization
초록 Amphiphilic block copolymers, containing pH sensitive block as the hydrophilic segment, can provide significant benefits to diverse applications, such as drug delivery, cosmetics, chemical sensors, etc. In this work, pH-sensitive block copolymers of poly(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate and biodegradable poly(ε-caprolactone) (PDMAEMA-b-PCL) were synthesized with PCL macro-initiator in atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). The chemical structure of PDMAEMA-b-PCL was confirmed by NMR and FTIR analyses. Micellization behavior of PDMAEMA-b-PCL under different pH condition was investigated with varying the molar ratio of [DMAEMA] to [CL] units and molecular weights.
