제목 The Effects of Hesperidin Scaffold on Viability and Proliferation of Annulus Fibrosus Cell
초록 PLGA has a good mechanical strength and a biodegradation profile. But, cell attachment is low although cells can be attached to the polymer surface in scaffold. So in this study, we made PLGA scaffold contained Hesperidin(Hes). Hes has known to having some functions like protection of blood circulatory system, anti-tumor effect, antioxidant effect and anti-inflammatory effect. AF cell were seeded on 3, 5 and 10 wt % hes scaffold and then cell viability and proliferation were analyzed by MTT assay and RT-PCR. Moreover, the Hes scaffold seeded AF cells were implanted into a a back of BALB/c-nude mouse, and the tissues surrounding implants were harvested and evaluated by H&E, MTS, Safranin-O staining after 4w. In this result, the proliferation and activated phenotype expression of AF cells on 5 wt% hes scaffold were higher than other hes scaffolds.
