제목 Fabrication and Characteristic of microsphere Using Chitosan and Anti-oxidant agent for Radical elimination
초록 Natural substance (NS) has a potential such as anti-microbial, anti-oxide, and anti-cancer effect. However, NS has a problem of vary low bioavailability in body. To overcome these obstacle, we developed that anti-oxidant agent as NS was encapsulated into chitosan microsphere which was prepared by spray dry method. Morphological property of anti-oxidant agent encapsulated chitosan microsphere (AECM) was analyzed by SEM and It showed to spherical shape. In addition, particle size of AECM was confirmed to 2 ~ 5 ㎛. Moreover, cytotoxicity of chitosan microsphere (CM) was accomplished by MTT assay and the cells were survived to above 80%. These results suggest that bioavailability of anti-oxidant agent from AECM can be enhanced and effectively eliminated to free radical into body. (No. NRF-2016H1D5A1910499)
