제목 Anti-Senescence Effect of Thermo Responsive Nanofiber Surface(PIPAAm) Versus Trypsinization on Adiopose Tissue Stem Cell.
초록 Cell harvest using enzymatic digestion, such as trypsinization, results in degradation of cell surface proteins and trypsin might have negative effect such as accelerating cell aging and damage. In this study, we investigated that thermo responsive cell culture nanofiber(PIPAAm) versus trypsin on ATSCs passage 2 and passage 7 respectively and detected senescence marker, β-gal activity that SA-β-gal is present only in senescence cells and TRAPeze Telomerase Detection assay that detect telomerase. Thermo responsive nanofiber is more effective anti-senescence than trypsinization in ATSCs.
