The aim of study is to cultivate Haematococcus pluvialis in axenic mixotrophic culture system. The cultivation term of H. pluvialis was at least 60 days in autotrophic cultivation. Therefore, The mixotrophic cultivation system could be used for decreasing cultivation regime. In mixotrophic culture, contamination like bacteria, fungi and golden algae occurs and grows together. The contamination factors inhibit of the growth of the H. pluvialis and cell number decreases. In this study, the biomass was obtained by using microalgae for the reduction of large amount of Carbon dioxide and Calcium carbonate was obtained through biomineralization of contamination factors during the induction stage. The contamination factors have carbonic anhydrase enzyme, which catalyze the biomineralization at pH 7.7 to 8. |
