제목 High crystalline BNNT synthesis by high temperature method​
초록 BNNTs have a long history as well as CNTs, but theyare recently highlightedsince the method for scalable production of BNNTs was developed using hightemperature methods. The high-pressure laser ablation method using continuousCO2 laser has been developed, and the effect of pressure,temperature, metallic catalyst on BNNT synthesis will be discussed. As ascalable method, the high temperature plasma method is being also explored andwill be introduced. Platform technology such as synthesis, purification, anddispersion is critical for the practical application of BNNTs specially for thespace applications such as neutron and thermal shielding. The research progresson those issue will be presented.​
