제목 Organic Nanowire−Gold Nanorod Hybrid Nanomaterials-based Near-Infrared Phototransistors
초록 Near-infrared (NIR) phototransistors have recently emerged as an important technical platform because of their high potential for a wide range of advanced applications. Herein, we report the opto-electrical performances of NIR phototransistors based on gold nanorods (Au NRs)-decorated n-type organic semiconductor, N,N’-bis(2-phenylethyl)-perylene-3,4:9,10-tetracarboxylic diimide (BPE-PTCDI) nanowire. By way of the synergetic effect from excellent photo-electrical characteristics of single-crystalline organic semiconductor BPE-PTCDI NW and localized surface plasmon resonances (LSPR) of Au NRs, the hybrid nanomaterial-based phototransistors accomplish highly enhanced photo-responsivity (R), photo-current/dark-current ratio (P), and external quantum efficiency (EQE) under monochromatic light irradiation compared with those of pristine BPE-PTCDI NW-based ones. Importantly, the photo-detectivity of Au NRs in the NIR spectral region has become feasible using their LSPR effect.
