제목 Solvent effect on the binding properties between native DNA and various porphyrins
초록 Porphyrins has the biologically important functions and therefore, provide a potentially useful information as a DNA binding molecules in DNA-porphyrin complex. Structural conformation and binding property of the complex can be modulated or altered by different buffering system including general aqueous solution and molecular crowding media.On the basis of observations, the binding properties of BMPyP with DNA complexes are quite different between in aqueous buffer condition and under neutral polymer polyethylene glycol(PEG). In that sense, futher work need to be done in detail to the number and position of positive methylpyridine ions of each porphyrins under molecular crowding condition.
