제목 A multi-functionalized poly(aspartamide) integrated with electrically conductive hydrogel designed for Bio-Circuit
초록 In this study, the electrically conductive hydrogel was designed to recapitulate cell- and tissue interactions and microenvironments in living tissue. This hydrogel was fabricated to endow with electrical conductivity by integrating with pyrrole-functionalized poly(aspartamide). This poly(aspartamide) have multifunctional groups which are crosslinked with hydrogel and controlled electrical conductivity by modulating pyrrole substitution. This work discovered that the importance of surface density which is the significant irritable change for electrical conductivity changes following the degree of pyrrole substitution and also affects cellular behavior such as the degree of alignment on cells and electrical stimulation under the electrical potential. Thus, a new strategy to prepare the electrically conductive hydrogel system using the functionalized poly(aspartamide) would be actively used for biomedical applications such as neuron-muscle tissue engineering, bioactuators, and Bio-MEMS
