Recently, research using numerous eco-friendly materials has been conducted to replace petroleum compounds. Sugar is a biomaterial that is easily found and widely used around us. In this study, polyurethane foam (PUF) was successfully prepared by sugar with polyisocyanate. PUF was decomposed and recycled by an enzymatic reaction in water using invertase. The product of enzymatic decomposition of PUF could be recovered and reused as PUF. At the presentation on the same day, the physical properties of PUF will be discussed. |
