Asthe 4th Industrial Revolution is coming by the development of utmostinnovative technologies in various industrial sectors, industrial feasibilityof advanced materials has never been more important than ever before. There isalso a bottle neck, however, for BNNT which its industrial applications aredelaying due to the lack of mass production technology. In this regard,securing the mass production for BNNT is critical to lead the global businessin BNNT material and its applications. While there are not many companiesproducing commercial BNNT in the world, Naieel Technology is a sole commercialproducer of BNNT in Asia, and even further, produces the largest amount of BNNTin the world. We developed the thermochemical process to synthesize BNNT using precursorblocks and continuously operable furnace systems. Currently, we secured theproduction capacity of ~2 kg/week of BNNT with several small systems, and areable to easily scale up to tons of production near future. |
