제목 | CaTi1-xSixO3:Pr 형광체의 합성 및 장잔광 특성 |
초록 | Metal sulfide phosphors have long after-glow ranging from a few minutes to several hours. However, sulfide phosphors is chemically unstable and shows degradedlight resistance. The host matrix of a phosphor prepared in this study is calciumtitanate. This phosphors is chemical stable and shows excellent photo-resistance overa long time due to oxide. A red phosphors composes a compound expressed byCaTi1-xSixO3:Pr. A peak wavelength of emission spectrum of CaTi1-xSixO3:Prphosphor was about 617 nm which indicates red color. CaTi0.8Si0.2O3.:Pr phosphorshave a more excellent luminescent and after-glow characteristics. And theoptimum proportion of Pr, served as a activator was 10-3 mole, and the optimumproportion of H3BO3, served as a flux, was 5 wt%. |
