As a field emitter, carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have attracted much attention owing to their superior physical and chemical properties such as high electrical conductivity, high aspect ratio, and high chemical stability. CNTs based field emitter can be fabricated using various methods such as screen printing, direct growth, electrophoresis, and spray. Among them, spray which has an advantage of easy and large fabrication could be a nobel fabrication method if the adhesion problem between CNT and substrate is solved. In this study, we therefore used the CNT/binder solution to enhance the adhesion. Also, the field emission properties depending on the CNTs quality, structure, and density will be discussed. |
