제목 Enhanced water-evaporation-induced power generation by controlling the coating process of conductive nanoparticles
초록 The power generation method that imitates the transpiration in plants has been carried out in many previous studies, but there are problems with low-current and difficulty of reuse. In this study, by adjusting the solvent ratio of carbon ink to control the adsorption amount of hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and carbon black (CB). Water-evaporation-induced power generator was produced by dip coating of carbon ink with CTAB and CB dispersed in deionized water and ethanol solvent on a compressed cellulose pulp. These carbon ink-coated compressed pulps were treated with UV light and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA). As a result of controlling the amount of adsorption by adjusting the solvent ratio, it showed a stable voltage of ~0.91 V and led to a high current of ~429.78 µA. The device can be reused with a simple post-processing and be reproduced to exhibit the previous magnitude of voltage.
