Development of eco-friendly and biodegradable electronic substrate |
초록 |
From the past days, petroleum-originated materials, which is often attributed to recent global warming, have dominated world industrial technology by its efficiency. Despite convenience of the transitional petroleum-based plastics, the importance of echo-friendliness has been emerged as the pollution by plastic wastes has been also increased. To solve environmental problem, biodegradable plastic, which is produced by biofactory, will be an alternative substrate as an eco-friendly and harmless plastic. In this study, biodegradable substrates were developed and fabricated using carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and CYMEL crosslinker. Its susceptibility for an electronic substrate and corresponding physical or chemical properties have been examined in this study. |
