제목 | Enhancing the through-plane thermal conductivity of a cellulose nanofiber film via nitride surface functionalization and cellulose chemical crosslinking |
초록 | CNF-BN hybrid filler consist of cellulosenanofiber and boron nitride was fabricated by ball milling exfoliation method with the introduction of oxalic acid to provide hydroxyl groups which make better compatibility between CNF and BN via hydrogen bonding.After functionalization and CNF grafting, the filler was well dispersed intothe CNF matrix with tetraethyl orthosilicate for chemical crosslinking.c-CNF-BN/CNF film was then fabricated by vacuum infiltration. The voids and defects of the film surface decreased due to the tangled cellulose nanofiber withthe help of crosslink agent, It helps the construction of efficient heat pathway. As a result, the through-plane thermal conductivity increased from 0.5W m-1 K-1 to 1.69W m-1 K-1 with 37.5vol% BN loading. Hence, the c-CNF-BN/CNFfilm can be used as the composite for efficient thermal management for displays of electronic device. |
