제목 | Modulation of affinity peptide for improvement of electrochemical sensor performance |
초록 | Colorectal cancer(CRC) which occurs in the intestine is considered one of the most common cancers and is the fourth leading cause of death. The transition of adenoma to carcinoma is difficult to predict cancer progress in conventional methods, early and accurate detection of colon cancer. Thus, CRC has attracted the interest to reduce high mortality. Recently, we reported unique affinity peptides by phage display and their potential binding affinity and the use as peptide receptor for the development of electrochemical sensor. From our observations, we conclude that peptide-assisted electrochemical sensor will be needed to be more optimized for enhancement of sensor performance. Therefore, we attempted to modulate synthetic peptide sequence using molecular docking and simulation, and applied to the sensor system for point-of-care testing.
