제목 Morphological Control of Rigid Conjugated Polymer and its Effect on the Solar Cell Performance
초록 Diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) moiety exhibits a planar conjugated bicyclic structure, which leads to strong π–π interactions that can allow for optimization of the performance of organic semiconductors. Particularly, several DPP-based conjugated copolymer incorporating a vinyl group have reported the outstanding characteristics of charge-transport properties in field-effect transistors (FETs). However, not many precise studies have been conducted to investigate organic photovoltaics due to their rigidity of polymer backbone which used to show poor miscibility with fullerene derivatives in bulk heterojunction (BHJ) solar cells. In this work, we newly synthesized DPP-based conjugated polymers containing vinyl group and successfully fabricated organic solar cell devices with improved efficiency.
