Semiconducting Properties of New Bithiazole-containing D-A type Conjugated Copolymers |
| 초록 |
A thiazole unit has been primarily used to build hole transport donor-acceptor π-conjugated copolymer. The nitrogen in electronegative imine (C=N−C) of thiazole unit acted to lower the HOMO and LUMO energy levels effectively. Due to strong dipole-dipole interaction between thiazole-based polymer chains, some condensed-thiazole containing polymer systems show high charge carrier mobility. In this study, we synthesized new alternating copolymers containing bithiazole monomer and characterized their physical and photophysical properties. Eventually, we fabricated electronic devices to study their semiconducting properties. |
