제목 Adhesion and Proliferation of Schwann cell on PLGA, PLGA/DBP 20wt%, PLGA/SIS 20 wt% and PLGA/Silk 20 wt% Films
초록 This study was designed to find the best material for adhesion and proliferation of schwann cell on PLGA and PLGA/DBP(demineralized bone particle) 20 wt%, PLGA/SIS(small intestine submucosa) 20 wt% and PLGA/Silk 20 wt% films which was already study by our team. We produced PLGA and PLGA/DBP, SIS, Silk films by solvent casting method. In this study, the effect of these films on the adhesion and proliferation was evaluated using the MTT, SEM assay at 1, 3, 7 and 10 days. Also, these films contact angle was measured for hydrophilic of the films. Therefor we found that PLGA/DBP 20 wt% film was the best material for adhesion and proliferation of schwann cell. This research was supported by WCU (R31-20029) and SCRC (SC4110).
