Polydiacetylene (PDA), a conjugated polymer, is widely used as a chemical sensor as a material that causes a color change due to a structural change due to an external stimulus. Our study is to form a stable PDA liposome sensor capable of recognizing target substances. We formed each liposome using three types of PDA (PCDA, HCDA, NCDA) materials using flow reaction in the previous experiment. By adjusting the volumetric ratio, which is the condition of the flow reaction, we found a condition that produces liposomes that are more monodisperse and have excellent storage stability than liposomes made by batch reaction. In this study, using this condition, lipids (DMPA) that can stabilize the particle formation of PCDA and increase color intensity, and additives that can target selected external substances (Pb2+) are additionally introduced. We will discuss the stability and sensitivity of liposome particles with a higher component as well as a one-component reaction in a flow reaction. |
