제목 | Effects of the synthesis of g-C3N4 and Direct gas fluorination of the synthesized material |
초록 | g-C3N4 is a graphite-like polymer type semiconductor material that has recently been described as having a high thermal and chemical stability with a bend gap of about 2.7 eV, indicating attractive electronic structures as indirect semiconductors. also, Solar energy can be used dfficiently if it is used as a source of phoyocatalyst energy only as visible light without using metal oxides, and continuous research is needed based on photocatalysts. In this study, we investigate structural changes and changes in g-C3N4 pore properties and surface properties due to surface fluoriation reactions in the introduction of sensual organs due to weather fluoridation of g-C3N4. the surface properties of fluorinated g-C3N4 were performed by XPS analysis, and XRD analysis was performed to see changes in structure. Furthermore, checking the specific surface area and total pore volume of fluorinated g-C3N4 from the BET results. |
